Good morning, everyone :) Thanks for starting the day thread, Amy :-D
I'm feeling really good today. Partly because I'm taking the day off to do my own things, but also because I spent some time yesterday really confronting some of my issues. It's amazing what you can find out about yourself when you're completely honest with yourself. The solutions you find to your seemingly insurmountable problems are very liberating. I recommend that everyone spend some time each week analysing candidly their thoughts and actions. Very enlightening.

I'm doing it. I feel resentful and down. I know that I just need to keep acting and hand over my feeling to a higher power who is welcome to them.
