Gmarie - late check-in for tonight & tomorrow a.m.

I have been at my dad's house to help after his surgery (which is just where I wanted to be! I love my dad lots!!!. I need to be organized about doing my tasks to make up the time, however.

I did 3 of the 5 experiments I planned, but I am still quite happy. I'll finish the rest tomorrow morning. My tasks for this evening:

* Cook diner
* Collect stuff that has to go to the rubbish dump (next thursday)
* Place an advertisement for the diner table on Marktplaats.nl
* Wash clothes

I probably won't be online tonight anymore (for my own sake...), so I'll report on my progress first thing in the morning.

Lark's CI at 9:00am

Hi everyone. It's a nice day here, and hope it is for you too. I'm actually been pretty good at my check ins lately, except I'm not satisfied with the quality--or the extent I've done them. "Ah, good enough.." Does anyone else do this?
Today:
(X) morning things
(X) put out trash
meditation
sort laundry
tidy up house (BETTER!!)
tidy up workshop (BETTER!!)
visit sick relative
complete one section of project A
finish projection sheet for client A
get price quotes for client B, finish projection
catbox wash dishes
check in here

not being satisfied

I tend to obsess about what I haven't done, instead of being proud of what I have, and I think that's a big part of my problem(s).

Undecided

Ronaldk, CI, 2:49PM

Done:
* Make appointment with Steve
* Arrange some household matters

Partly done:
* Redo QR experiment. I needed to change something in the design. Trying to include 5 more subjects before 5pm. Can't redo the PC analysis until I have finished the experiments, so that will have to wait until tomorrow.

Next CI around 17pm before I go home.

Ronaldk, CI, 10:25AM

My first use of the "book-ending" tool. I started my working day with introducing myself on the PA forum. Of course I shouldn't be doing this at work, but I hope it helps in gaining momentum for my new anti-procrastination attempt. Now it's time to really start working. My plans for today:

* Finish QR experiment
* Redo PCA
* Make appointment with Steve
* Arrange some household matters

Wish me luck

Ronald

Welcome Ronald

Some people use the check-ins to identify next task(s) and a time to check in on progress. Good luck!
