I really need to get going - cleaning up the mess in here is a good start. I also might want to put away the groceries before they all go bad. Getting started is always the hardest part.

what I actually did
I computed my available vacation time, and made reservations. Now it's bedtime. I've done it again - blew off urgent stuff. I'm going to have to do something in the morning. I can't let this go any longer.
I need to make myself check in more. When I do that, I stick to task.
Task now - go to bed so I can get up early and do what I didn't do this evening.
