How's YOUR eight hours going? I told myself the same thing. I HAVE to get a good eight hours in so I don't drown in the work that's due! So, I keep adding eight hours to 10:00, then 11:00, etc. and now to 3:20. OK, I'm on the clock! By 11:20, I should be in great shape, right?
You seem to do what I do - list so many things that it's overwhelming. A few of the things that are helping me a little are:
> taking my laptop out of the house to work at a coffee shop or moving to a different room of the house > giving myself the reward or time out before I do a huge chunk of work instead of after (I'm working hard on this one, because I almost seem agoraphobic, except that it's not fear of leaving the house, it's anxiety about taking time off when I'm not done; my sons are forcing this one on me - with my permission, of course =) > logging big, colorful "DONE"s by the things I've finished on here

It's imperative that I get a full 8-hour work day in, today! 9 or 10 hours would be even better, but that would be asking too much.
To Do:
How's YOUR eight hours

How's that baby?! ;)
I barely worked at all.
I barely worked at all. It's just all depressing.
I sure understand that. =/
