go to work
at work, return phone calls and answer phone when it rings (i have a habit of not answering my phone or returning messages - infact, it's turned into a reputation)

when i come home
fix and eat dinner (have a habit of snacking and watching TV instead of a meal)
go for a walk after dinner

First, I think I'm catching on.  I appreciate the gentle notes of "what the heck are you doing?".  Thank you.  I've never been on a forum before - I guess that's obvious!

I've done what I committed to except for returning phone calls
I still have the evening looming ahead
I was going gung-ho over the w/e - realize I need to be realistic - step back

9:00 am CI for Lark

I'm trying to return to normal from my weekend, dealing with a very ill relative and my own injured hand. I'm doing okay, but can't do things like using scissors, etc. Ugh. I don't like to modify my schedule, but it seems I must.
For today:
(X) morning routine
(X)(X)try to finish work project A
call client about glitch with project B
clean out my car
(X)do catbox
spend an hour on project C
(X)visit relative
(X)spend 15 minutes cleaning bedroom
