Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.
Took FOREVER on Monday to pay the bills, and Tuesday was the usual rush-rush. Today I could get ahead on my classes, and make tomorrow non-rush. So here's the list:
- meditate - clean office desk - contact various people through email and phone - read dissertation chapters (someone else's) for readings - prep classes
Right side of my brain is going numb. Nasty migraine. Going to turn in early. Tomorrow's my off day and I'll be going to finalize things at my university. Finished all my work things on time for a change, despite the raging beast gnawing on the inside of my skull.
Hope everyone's day turns out well. Night, everyone.
Hi everyone. In a time pinch, so I'll be brief for now.

phone brother re meetup later this year and Mum's will
(this I've just done and sorted out a lot of stuff)
up prayer reflection meditation
post this
check emails phone messages post
enquire and plan transport for meetup with brother
find prescription collect medicine buy bread
finish notes for psychlogist for tomorrow
exercise
bath and wash hair
craft project
3 emails re landlord
rest
craft class in evening
phone talk with friend late evening
prayer reflection
bed and sleep
Thats it and I'm not going to be able to do all of it.
Don't feel I am doing well. The prescription is lost and I could have dealt with it when I go it, writing info for psychologist for tomorrow is taking for ever (it must be perfect and I must magically know exactly what he wants to know), just finished washing up after last night, plates and grill pan on which salmon has been don't smell good after being left overnight.
So I just getting ready to go out to class and I don't feel like it.
Don't worry about how things will go tomorrow. It'll be okay. What the psychologist wants to know, he'll ask you. We all tend to make things worse in our minds than they could ever be. Sometimes I'm my worst enemy, and I'm certain we all can. Relax, and good luck.
Thanks Lark I'll do my best. I'm glad I wrote about wanting to be perfect as its irrational. I will do my best and that will be good enough.
I haven't done much of what I listed today and I don't feel too bad about it. I have a reasonable list for the psychologist tomorrow and that's OK. I've spent an enjoyable evening at my craft meeting and I'm so glad I went and after getting back home I've spent time on the phone with a trusted friend. I've much to do and I'm grateful to be here.
