Never mistake motion for action – Ernest Hemingway

Thomas C., 9:34 a.m.

Hi. Haven't posted in over a week, I think. I've been buried in getting our house ready for sale, or starting classes. This is the first day in which I actually have time to think about what there is to do, instead of just diving in.

To do:

- pay all bills
- read readings for article
- email sister-in-law
- call about COBRA coverage
- read for class 1, put lecture together
- plan class 2
- call reader company

CI for Lark, 10:15am

Nice picture, Edge. I definately think I'd procrastinate A LONG time about skydiving. Pro, it's drying out here, and you usually get my weather in a day or so. Good luck. Good posts today, folks. Hope to interact a bit more later. I'm still sort of accounting for mytime each hour or so,and although it's frustrating, going to be a good tool for battling procrastination.
ToDo:
(X)morning thing
(X)heat workshop
(X)clean workshop
(X)get things ready for trash day(tomorrow): extra bag
(X)get bag of things ready to donate.
(X)do two sections of work project A
(X)fill in gaps with work project B
go to hardware store

Rexroth 09.09 BST

Todo today

up prayer reflection meditation
deal with emails phone messages post
out exercise walk
bath and wash hair
rest

and that's as far as I can think so far.

Just got to the 'rest' bit which is difficult for me and that is why I list it. I feel I 'have' to get on with things. So after the rest:

just got email from landlord who is uncooperative and I am furious I need to wait before I respond
phone friend to wish her well on journey
one hour working on craft project
tidy up a bit
work on info for psychologist appointment on Wed
list what I need to do to finish legal/admin project.
(This is what I shall be working on with the psychlogist. He uses CBT which I know about and I will post a separate thread for anybody's experiences.)
search internet for info on exercise
prayer and reflection
bed and sleep

Having great difficulty in writing the notes for the psychologist even writing a list of what to do to resolve the legal/admin problem I have is so difficult. I want to do this in preferance to work on my craft project as its more important.

I have a lot listed and there is a bit more to do. I'll call it a day soon and get to bed. I'm tired.

and so to bed...

Edge's CI - 8:25AM

I'm so disappointed in myself. I don’t like it when I slack off like this and just fall back into the slump I'm been trying really hard to get out of. It's so frustrating. It seems that all I ever do is just get take two or three steps in the right direction and them run seven steps backwards.

I'm going to start a-fresh today, but I really am annoyed at myself.

Never mistake motion for action – Ernest Hemingway

Off to a good start

Managed to get out of the house on time even though I wasted a bit posting my to-do. Also managed to get to work just two minutes late :) A world record, for me :-p

Am going to really put some effort into getting back on track. Here goes.
