  1. make sure my exisitng reflexn on letter is adequate and in line with WJ's reflection template points - write this text into the QI section and makes notes on why it's in QI and not in significant event section 
  2. find my my spider diagram !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!where I have made a list of all the sources of data for my appl including sources of information re. my previous and recent CPD - gather from all sources - see my spider diagram with locations where this is recorded / calendars 
  3. once 2 is completed, I will make a plan and divide it up across this week
