  1. make sure my exisitng reflexn on letter is adequate and in line with WJ's reflection template points - write this text into the QI section and makes notes on why it's in QI and not in significant event section 
  2. find my my spider diagram !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!where I have made a list of all the sources of data for my appl including sources of information re. my previous and recent CPD - gather from all sources - see my spider diagram with locations where this is recorded / calendars 
  3. once 2 is completed, I will make a plan and divide it up across this week 
  4. input something anything into each and every section on  l2P
  5. If time allows do the following 
  6. reflect on my CARE4ME so far
  7. how am I section complete -cut n paste from MAG DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  8. reflect on clincial cases from past 3 weeks -DOING
  9. Find did i finish the BCC margins audit?check 2015 YES 
  10. Find did i do an audit of all my surgical margins ? check YES DONE BUT DOUBLE CHECK!
  11. Find LE audit data from PBU -   
  12. Find teaching of rheum from 2017/2018 -CAN'T FIND
