TO DO:
Devotional Time

If I can't do it perfectly, I'll do it anyway. If I can't do it all, I'll do some. If I do nothing, nothing gets done.

"I don't feel like it" is a poor sacrifice for your dreams.

Thomas C., 10:51 a.m.

I just noticed this habit of people on this site: name plus time--so I'll do it.

Here's my list:

* money--no, didn't get to it yesterday
* article--I need to get at least a little work done on it
* application to human subject committee--again, SOMEthing done
* spend one hour prepping a class
* start grading papers

I finished everything on my list yesterday, but took a big  "procrastination" a couple of times, and worked rather late to finish everything. It wasn't pleasant, but I'm glad I did. Today will be spent taking a reletive for appointments and going to a friend's tonight, leaving little productive time (which I really need). I hope I can squeeze in some stuff.
Today:
morning routine (I'm getting good with this.)
sort laundry
a little housework
sort out work for an hour
take relative
work some when I return
visit friends
make a work plan for the rest of the month

Check in

Today is mostly dedicated to revising for my interview tomorrow.

12pm - 2pm finish reading important book.
 2pm -  2.30pm break
 2.30pm - 4.30pm revision
 4.30pm - prepare evening meal
6pm - 9pm revise
9pm - 10pm get everything ready for tomorrow
10pm - bath
11/12am bed

I can identify with that.

Prioritising (We use a "z", but I like the way most places use the "s".) is something that stresses me to a grinding halt. Putting my laundry away quickly is great, but it's not going to pay my electric bill on time. While using this group, things have started to get better, I must admit. But...as I am doing better and seeing things more clearly, I see how much more needs to be done. Can you identify?

Yes Lark

Yes LARK I can identify, though for me its more that I am not doing important things that affect my whole life. If I don't put laundry away, and I don't sometimes, then there is a mess and I feel bad looking at it. I'm dyslexic so s and z aren't all that different.

Just finished lunch. I have my paperwork in order and largely filed. I have various letters to write but things are now in order. Also I've done the shopping so I can eat what I want.
