Good Night

If I can't do it perfectly, I'll do it anyway. If I can't do it all, I'll do some. If I do nothing, nothing gets done.

"I don't feel like it" is a poor sacrifice for your dreams.

Well, got the papers graded, and that's it. Now it's on to the exam key. NOTHING on money done.

Tomorrow I have to grade a lot, but there are other tasks: the article, and a submission to the human subjects committee. Gotta get those done!

update

It saddens me to say that I came on here 18 weeks ago and introduced myself as a chronic procrastinator. I commited myself to completing the checklist with an aim to improving my avoidance tactics. However, I checked in once and since them have slipped even further into destroying my life.

I have a really important interview this wednesday for which I have had weeks to prepare and I have done nothing, nada! not a thing. I actually feel quite devastated with myself and needed a medium in which to vent so here I am again.

I do wish some one could wave a magic wand and make me more responsible. I am feeling so low and know that even by writing this am avoiding doing the research I know I should be doing. The only redeeming factor is that putting my feelings into words is helping a little.

I do hope to take advantage of the check in, and finally get myself moving forward in a positve manner.

Thanks for listening

Thomas C. check-in

Now that classes are over, I'm kind of at a loss. But I do have a list.

* Grade six papers (class 1)
* Final exam key (class 2)
* Money issues
   - Organize and enter debit transactions
   - Balance checkbook
   - Make up spending plan
   - Pay bills
* Article: half-hour
* Finish grading quizzes for students

This is the priority order, so grading quizzes and some money tasks (which I hope to intersperse in the other tasks, using a timer on 20 minutes) will probably go to tomorrow.
