Thomas--Monday, Monday
Really dragging today. Didn't post yesterday, partly because I was sick again. Here I am at work, still not feeling well, and having to give two lectures. This flu has really screwed up my term. Anyway, here's the list:
* type up class 1 lecture revisions
* go to class, give lecture
* meet with students after class
* make calls to pay bills, call research assistant
* rewrite lectures for class 2
* finish letter of recommendation for student
* go to class, give lecture
* spend 30 minutes on article
* grade quiz, post grades
I am feeling really down, partly because I am sick again, and partly because I finally looked at our money situation yesterday. We are SO far behind, and have a number of expenditures to make for moving. I am in a funk. Anyway, ready to get to work, even if slowly.
Hang in there,buddy!
I know how you feel. Procrastination seems to effect us when we're down, and sure makes the future look bleak. It seems that merely making the effort seems to help, however. Financial projection usually gives a dimmer picture than we think. Things will usually fall into place.

My spacebar is sluggish, this'll be short. The weather is nicer now. Yippee! Several "bite-sized" tasks today.
To Do:
(X)morning routine
(X)heat on in workshop
finish project A
work on kitchen sink (polishing, etc.)
half hour of housework
(X)mail taxes in
(X)go to hardware store
Have a good day everyone.

I've been a bit optomistic as to how long things might take. Also friend whose Mum's funeral was last Friday came round unexpectedly. Anyway I'm ready for going out, place isn't cleaned properly, have done no work on files and I feel rushed and uncomfortable.
Regards Rexroth

It's evening and I'm so tired and I've got a lot done so far, all except the files and letters which I feel I just can't face. I'm tidying up and going to bed.
