Complete something for each section at least
Go back and flesh out further e.g. get down on paper all the CPD completed from 2016 onwards using sources
Get highlighter and highlight the headings on the standard MAG form (pre-2020) that are not on the 2020 MAG form - likely that Dr Kingston will want this completed as appraisal spans from 2016
ORGANISE AND PRINT OUT word document entitled MY TO DO LIST FOR APPRAISAL
Google and search youtube usual discussion points / guidance for appraisers DONE
Using 6. as a guide, anticipate questions re 2016-2021 - write down my answers
