Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.
Just for today (until midnight), I'm just checking in that I am going to avoid media unrelated to work until I have done my eight hours of work, with the following exceptions: media used for exercise purposes, PA checking in or accessing a 12-step meeting. Apparently going down the rabbit hole of what I need to shop for online is not working for me, and thinking I can control what sort of media I use is not working for me. So I'm doing this for now.
I'm also book-ending that I am starting my routine: exercise, breakfast, vitamins, shower/brush&floss teeth.

Just checking in on this. I think I'm going well with the work hours, bit, but not so much with the self-care routine. I did the breakfast, running, vitamins and shower. But have yet to brush/floss teeth, and finish exercise.
Going to drink my tea and start the timer.

Review: as far as time for work goes, I had about 34:59 back on the clock and I did not look at any outside media during my commitment. I evenw orked past might. So I'm going to give myself that. As far as my self-care routine goes, that evidently want to prioritize. Not looking at other media helped. Also book-ending with my meeting helped.
Checkin: 03/23: 5:16pm
