To do today. 

  • 2 to 3 hours of goalsetting
  • Add zoom practice to my schedule
  • Finish remote food training for the day

Figure out an effective technique of anchoring my evening routine in my Zoom work room

  • Do something with the lamb
  • Go shopping
  • eat a relatively low carbohydrate diet (cycle carbohydrates for high intensity exercise)
  • Do two hours of exercise, with at least some strength and stretching elements.
  1. Keep my kitchen clean, tidy my room
  2. Order a mop, alarm clock, and scale online. 

At least do the tiny habit, I have a few minutes on my finances this evening.

Evening routine

I'll work this out later, but some of the things are, put phone away, Reading, meditation, finances, Friends?

Use focus mates, at least 4 for work and 2 for exercise.
