This is the day I make a plan and stick to it.

  1. write and post this check-in.
  2. log into chatbox
  3. create a 'smart' goal for the next hour: something along the lines of, write 250 words in this hour.
  4. at that rate, I would finish my assignment in four hours :).
  5. be nice to myself, use pomodoros and have my breaks!! Stretch and breathe!!
  6. aim to complete and submit assignment by 5pm
  7. walk dogs 5ish
  8. get to a meeting 6.15
  9. home, dinner.
  10. prepare for uni monday: readings.
  11. write and post monday's check-in (trying to make this a habit but not quite there yet).
  12. bed. 

It's an inside job...
