I am in a FUNK. Funkier than Kool and the Gang.
So I am being kind to myself by not trying to overwhelm myself but also trying to get some things done.
Red- Audio clip Pink- Post some things on CL Orange- Room tidying Green- Connor's clothes away Blue- Thrift shopping Purple- post 1 event
Can't sleep. Going to do some stuff for today that were carried over from Friday.
Laundry. nah
Recycling Whatever it's in the bin.
Nap 3pm - 4pm.
Lab 4-6pm
Code Cleanup (might not be today)
Send a text 6pm
Pay Feb Utility if needed. Make a spreadsheet to keep track. 6pm
Stayed up too late. Going to take a shower and go to school now. No more distractions :p
Maint. basics, exer, plan, follow through, use tools that work good starter jal-
I will try to practise some self compassion and look at positives.

1. Go to the 5:55 a.m. telephone ACA meeting
2. Eat breakfast
3. Get dressed
4. Go to church/food bank
5. Go to the 11:15 a.m. telephone DA workshop
6. Get my spreadsheets ready for next month
7. Cook and eat lunch
8. Go to my mom's apartment and get food
9. Go through my papers
10. Clear the tables
11. Warm up and eat dinner
12. Go to the 6:45 p.m. telephone OA meeting
13. Go to the 7:30 p.m. face to face NA meeting
14. Go to the 10 p.m. online EA meeting
