A bit late to start again (up early but not sure what happened to the first two hours...) but I made it to the gym in the end. I want to keep thinking about how I can improve my morning routine. Now: make tea, shower, get dressed. Then: write a bunch of emails (see list) to friends. Then start on chapter.

Final check in of the year. I've been using PA for over a year, maybe 18 months. It's helped me enormously. I am still a procrastinator, but I understand and forgive myself more as a result of this site. And the check in and chat box are great tools to steer me away from procras. Here's to 2014 for us all.

  • Do more study - another assignment 3 poms done
  • Investigate costco form
  • Spend at least 2 poms, reviewing the SP idea and write out at least one concept.
  • Wash up
  • Pack
  • Pack food
  • have lunch at 1.45pm
  • leave by 2.30pm
  • Smile because you're going away to enjoy the animals and countryside

14. Call my friend for a ride to a religious meeting tomorrow
