"When we retire at night, we constructively review our day.
But we must be careful not to drift into worry, remorse or morbid reflection, for that would diminish our usefulness to others."
-- Step Ten, A.A.
"At this point, many of us have found that it is also important that we take a look at the things that we've done right. We look to see where we have had a positive impact on ourselves and others. We do this so that we might have a more complete picture of ourselves. We also want to know those character traits and behaviors that we wish to foster in our lives."

A bit late to start again (up early but not sure what happened to the first two hours...) but I made it to the gym in the end. I want to keep thinking about how I can improve my morning routine. Now: make tea, shower, get dressed. Then: write a bunch of emails (see list) to friends. Then start on chapter.
Maint. basics, exer, plan, follow through, use tools that work
