things i did today with the help of the program, my trusty timer, and more mindfulness than before:
-8:30 PA phone meeting
-one pom on writing project
-running
-handout for RS meeting
-UG meeting, dep meeting, RS meeting
-bought groceries
-called mom
-grading
I am grateful for having the opportunity and the energy to work on all of these things today. And I am glad next week is Thanksgiving, meaning a 3-day break from work!
Well, it's before noon. No so bad then... ;-) Yes did get up late, and yes I did dilly-dally during breakfast but my procrastinating mind did come up with a load of ideas for a couple of projects so not all wasted. Funny how it does that when you're meant to be getting down to some work you've been putting off!
Today I have already:
Had a good breakfast
Written some notes on some ideas
put the washing on
put the washing in the dryer
Had a shower
Today I will:
do 5/6 (40m) poms on SD - just get that stuff in the system did 3/6
text SD to say that I've opened up the system and to ask to set up bank stuff.
empty DW DH did
finish washing up
have lunch
hang washing
get bins in
chase aegon for change
practise solo inc some of the end bit. write it down if you need to.done a bit.
