I did not get all three of my MIT done yesterday but checking in helped me make good progress. I called C and called R, and I started but did not finish my 2010 paperwork. I tend to make overly ambitious lists for myself, so I will try to keep that in mind for the future. A good rule of thumb I heard somewhere is to cut back an original to do list to two thirds of its original size if you know you tend to be over-ambitious.
3 MIT for today:
1. finish 2010 paperwork
2. 2 poms writing (would be great if I do more but cutting back original 3 pom plan to two thirds, aka 2 poms)
3. 2 poms grading (ditto above)--ONLY DID ONE
Reward will be yoga.--DIDN'T MAKE IT TO YOGA BUT COOKED ELABORATE SUPPER
Late check in today. I had a bad night and feel depressed and muddled this morning. Yesterday I was not making decisions and wasted a lot of time. Worrying about it and not sleeping means that this has carried through to today.
Todo today:
x Up prayer and reflection
x Check posts and email
x Make and post this list
xLook at letters re housing and the three re banking and maybe do something - I did and wrote one complex letter ready for friend to check and it took 70 minutes to do
x Have a shower and change clothes
x Wash up and clear up in kitchen
x Find plan of week or if not make new plan of week
x Look at big plan - oh dear
+ put on washing
xx Late afternoon or evening phone friend
x Rest and relax a bit
x xCheck emails through day
xx Write journal
xx Prayer and reflection
Bed and sleep
x Update 15.43
xx Update 22.01and I have got a lot of constructive work done today and am now for a good night's sleep.
