So list - priority is to prepare food for refugee charity - otherwise take it easy and do not do work. I need to separate my working week from my weekend.

It is nearly seven in the evening and I've finished everything and feel so very tired I'm for bed.

i like the little bird and the elephant picture- strenght is a balancing act somedays more than others. today i would like to embrace being strong as taking lots of little actions.  i have to remember and remind myself that my best effort is good enough especially on the harder days. insomniac ramblings shall stop now! SmileOnto list which will probably run into sundays list too and thats ok. I lost lots of time this week and it isw out of my control. Just need to do little bits and try to be more .... accepting, calm and kind to myself this weekend.
