planning.... Pause and think about the several things I have not put on this list because I can't bring myself to do them. Avoidance through busyness. Phone call, CV letter to Z, letter to A, Letter to WIL and letter to B; also phone calls to Y and H.. What am I afraid of? Why do I dread them?

Things I will do today
1. Go to the 5:45 a.m. telephone ACA meeting
2. Wash up 3. Get dressed 4. Eat breakfast
5. Go to the meeting at work at 8:30 a.m.
6. Type up answers to Al-Anon questions
7. Work my 4th Step in DA
8. Eat dinner
9.. Go to the 4 p.m. telephone CLA planning meeting
10. Go to the 6:45 p.m. telephone OA meeting
11. Go to the 7:30 p.m. face to face NA meeting
12. Go to the 10 p.m. online EA meeting
