-- I saw myself trying to feel better through reading about other people's positive/healing experiences, remembered that ultimately it comes down to me practicing my desired behaviors by doing them, and then started doing them.  Good.  Don't judge for falling; be proud that I stood up again.

Journey 11 am

Happy Monday!   I am feeling really sluggish today in spite of catching up on rest over the weekend.   I broke my finger a couple of weeks ago and it's in a splint - although it doesn't hurt much it's annoying and it takes longer to do everything (especially typing!).   I am in the office so I won't post a todo list here but will check back if I get stuck.

Today I will finish a 1st draft rough version. I am having a stimulating time this morning working, and staying awake, and no one else is in the chatbox. I now know what it feels like to work utterly alone. I plan to really focus and work on, good is good enough is my guiding philosophy.
