Elvira's plan up till Christmas

I've been signed off work by my doctor until after Christmas (work-related stress) but advised to keep active. I've been very much inclined to vegetate from the stress, and the thought of doing almost anything makes me panic, but I now have 9 hours a day more than I had before, so I've no excuse to get nothing done.

Every day I'm going to:

  • Be dressed & breakfasted by 8.30 This is too early - I'm not well and need more sleep. I'm going to say 9.30.
  • At some stage in the day:
    • Get out of the house
    • Speak to someone (phone or face-to-face)
  • For at least half an hour
    • Physical Exercise
    • Mental exercise
  • For at least an hour (not necessarily all at once):
    • Housework
    • Self-care (eg wash or mend clothes, wash hair)
    • Something creative
    • Christmas preparation

Does that look realistic? It accounts for 5 out of the 9 hours.
