Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.
Feels like i'm falling into the pit.... Dragging myself to do the most basic, urgent task. (other task piling up, haha, sounds familiar?)
What do you do in situation like this? I feel like i need something that works as 'in emergency situation break this glass' thing

I keep a list in my phone of the things I need to do when I'm in a funk, and I just try to go down the list mechanically and do as many as I can.
It starts with very small things like:
1. Turn on lights.
2. Drink some water.
3. Turn on music.
4. Get dressed.
5. Make a smoothie
...and progressively gets to the more difficult things...
7. Go to church/pray
8. Clean something
9. Call someone
10. make a to-do list
Usually after I do the first six or so things, my mood improves and that eases me back into my day.
