Two days of being sick and I have fallen off my horse and into the mire of procrastination. i wouls get back on but the horse seems to have bolted.

Been several years since I've been here, I think. 

 

Have had various coping mechanisms in the meanwhile, some helpful.  Calling a PA-type friend in the AM, or texting a sister in the AM, or hiring a part-time assistant and/or housekeeper, or working in partnership with a girlfriend.  Coping mechanisms, got me by sometimes, but you know what... here I am.

Glad you folk are still around!

Good morning. Grateful this morning. Today plan to do a substantial start onn my discussion section, want to make a specific measurable goal, so I can ascertain to what extent I have reached my goal by the end of the day. So, now I will read how to do the discussion section, then start doing it. I have a number of points I want to make in the section, just need to find out how to do it. That is my goal, will report back in the middle of the day.
