Finding a way CI 2

Tuesday now for me. Not sure if yesterday I set myself too much. Today really want the main focus to be on billable work, the deadline is creeping towards me.

Work: 4 hours + billable only 2.5 so far, going to do an extra 30 mins now although it's getting late, ring SM - did not do.

Home: exercise, shop, clean b, ring L - sent text instead, MS and M, dishes, practise p., study group?

Time to get in the chat box and start doing bursts.

Back from a weekend away - today was a national holiday. I really need to use this evening wisely and not just collapse in a heap which is what normally happens when I've been away.

  • put washing on
  • empty dishwasher
  • wash hair
  • relax

This is a record - I have done my unpacking on the day I arrived home :-)

And at last I can use my halogen oven  again as after 3 weeks I have finally washed the bowl up properly

Spent the weekend running in circles, the whole family caught some kind of virus. Today has been mostly spent dealing with doctors/pharmacies.

Today, one big task is to make progress on Win18,446 expt. Subtasks for this are:

Show up (done), calender, swim

Clock starts ticking today on getting some things done. Checked out 2 items. Now feel really good about my decision on one item, my "intuition" was  confirmed.

 

Grateful I can use this site as my "sponsor". Goal today to to not spend too much time on any one task. and use tools that work.

I got enough done yesterday

I know it wasn't much but any small feat would have satisfied me yesterday. I'm going to plan my day out today a bit better and put it on my PDA.

Haircut. Found one nearby. Putting the time to go in my planner.


Barcrafts Found the facebook page for my city. Joined this one as well as the one in Toronto. Now I will get emails and stuff.

Read Psalms

Didn't do any school work from Thursday till now!
Reasons: Had guests on weekend (which is Friday-Saturday in Israel). On Saturday night went out with guests, because the kids weren't tired, so I knew that I won't be able to work, so why not take them out. It was fun, but we ended up returning at 12:45 AM.

On Sunday we all got up late and I missed my chance for morning prayers. I was tired and if I don't work the steps in the morning - writing 10 gratitudes + what I'm powerless about, then my emotions take over, and it's very hard for me to work. 

At 10 AM the plumber came to fix a leak we had in 2 places. The house turned into a mini construction site. Big mess. I only sent the kids out at 5 PM, but I was so emotionally drained, I just couldn't write. I tried to work the steps and pray, but couldn't. I started cleaning the house and only finished at 12:30 AM, while putting the kids to bed. All I could do at that point is shower and crawl into bed. 

Now, I feel bad for not doing any work since Thursday!

Was pleased I did not get too caught up in home dramas but kept working.
