Did several "don't feel like it" procrastination items. Can't say I feel good about it because it "started the clock ticking" for more action and emotional distress. Oh well, I love #3, so many times it got me started with PA (ers) help:
This list of tips for getting started was posted by Procrastinator's Anonymous member, Milo (original post here). I'm re-posting it, with minor editing, as an article so it won't get lost:
1. Visualisation. Visualise the task being completed and how good it feels to have it off your list and out of your head.
2. Break it down into small steps. (But don't overanalyse; that's another form of procrastination.)
3. Exercise brute-force willpower. Grit your teeth and say, "I'm just going to do it, dammit!"

READING FOR DAY
P.A. Thought for the Day
"Those who do not recover are people who are constitutionally incapable of being honest with themselves. There are such unfortunates. They are not at fault. They seem to be born that way. They are naturally incapable of grasping and developing a manner of living which demands rigorous honesty. Their chances are less than average. There are those, too, who suffer from grave emotional and mental disorders, but many of them do recover, if they have the capacity to be honest." Am I completely honest with myself and with other people?
Meditation for the Day
You can make use of your mistakes, failures, losses, and sufferings. It is not what happens to you so much as what use you make of it. Take your sufferings, difficulties, and hardships and make use of them to help some unfortunate soul who is faced with the same troubles. Then something good will come out of your suffering and the world will be a better place because of it. The good you do each day will live on, after the trouble and distress have gone, after the difficulty and the pain have passed away.
Prayer for the Day
I pray that I may make good use of my mistakes and failures. I pray that some good may result from my painful experiences.

Check In Today
Stayed up a little too late and it's already Weds so thought I'd check in early before I go to bed. Have work in morning and then am taking my 12 year old and his buddy to Magic Mountain roller coaster madness theme park. Not my usual day. Will see if I can check in tomorrow while I am getting ready.
Have a great day everyone! I reserached how to overcome my motion sickness problem and hope I'll be able to handle these 100 mph roller coasters . . . seems easier than the tasks we face on a daily basis.
