Later: ok, so I did some things, certainly not everything and not (unfortunately) the scary phone calls.
I did more on H plan (still taking far too long), talked with G, replied to DR, went shopping, went to meditation group, made marmalade, did other domestic things.
Feeling so much better and very grateful as I have a new client who has accepted a quote I put in. Some paid work to do at last!
This evening I will work on preparing for the new garden wall:
print out the quote and give it to my neighbour email the builder back with suggestion re skiphave reconsidered this idea and decided not to do a little more of the kitchen tidy-up - at least empty the dishwasher and put stuff awayI am embarrassed to realise that my kitchen storage capacity is dependent on having a significant proportion of the Stuff at any one time lying around waiting to be washed start going to bed 10.30early! email C with B's phone no.

Yesterday, I made some distinctly self-indulgent choices.
Today, I want to be wiser about how I take care of myself:
prioritize and make this post!
teeth care, take Rx, shower, etc (early teeth care done, some Rx taken)
do warm & dark loads of laundry (warm load done, dark load laid out flat)
respond to R request before noon (D SMEs), ck status P items
ask re P6 dependence, esp. re TJ item
mk nxt release assessment
estimate K request feasibility
new goals prelim thinks (looked at last round, asked mgr Qs re)
mk a pass through job email
reply to V folks
pay rent, storage, QG+TC class fee, bills (first three done)
4Sat: draft list, hunt clnr, listen msg
load dw/soak various
QG, Dr. P's exercises
be in bed w/ lights out and sound off before midnight

I am trying to stick to a "completion percentage" system: I will have to complete 50% or more of the tasks in all three categories if I am to hang up my hat for the day. It worked to a certain degree yesterday.

Come up with list of stuff we knew before/stuff we knew after for merged paper *Order probes, update order page
Request cells,make rough plan
*Update plan page for adults
*Submit for histology (working on this now)
Meet with adviser
And then do chores at home:
*Check on garden
*Clean kitchen (got about halfway through this)
*Clean bathroom (microbursted this)
*Pick up stuff from bedroom, living room, and bathroom floor
*Process 100 pieces of paper from my desk

Struggling to keep up with tasks. Off to sleep for 30 mins, have not been getting enough for the past week.
