Well, I've been trying to post only part of my to-do list here, in an effort to keep from getting overwhelmed. Turns out it's STILL more than I can do in a day! :? Ahh, the learning process.
I'm going to hang out with some friends tonight, so that will be fun.
I could work harder :
by reducing the amount of time I browse the internet
at work for instance.
But at the moment I just want to k-e-e-p working harder
and not rest on any laurels. I have a HUGE list to
do before 29th December!!!! I just want all
my stuff done, all the things I have accumulated
dealt with.
I need to get back to work ( all a pain really). Nearly everybody has left their offices now. I 'll add on my to-do list to read Normy's posts. Reading her posts, I am just amazed about her personality : it is so rare to come across this type of person !!! I guess she doesn't procrastinate anymore???!!!

I bought an exercise ball the other day. I'd had one at the house I sold, but I got rid of it because I thought I'd have no room for it here. I really don't have any room for it, but I missed it. Ball exercises are really the only type of exercise I've ever enjoyed or done consistently. I like this ball better than my old ball because it's purple and it's the right size (the other one was too big). I regret that I sold the ball exercise videos, but I guess I don't really need them. I know the exercises.
I'm scared to use the ball this morning because it's newly inflated and very stiff. I don't want it to burst! The instructions say it takes 24-48 hours to "relax".
*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~Ta Da~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*
Morning Routine
Wake up: 7am (target: 7am).
Empty dish drain and wash any dishes from previous day.
I calculated the diameter of the exercise ball using geometry (it's much easier to measure the circumference than the diameter), and discovered I'd over-inflated it. I let some air out, and now it doesn't seem to much in danger of popping. (Who would have thunk that my 9th grade geometry would come in so handy?) :)
I had a nice leisurely breakfast, and it's still just 9am (about the time I've been getting up). I'm going to make my bed and get dressed now. Maybe I'll move my wake-up time back to 6am. 7am is a big improvement, but it would be even nicer if it were 8am now rather than 9am.
Good morning. I have so much to do, but I'm having trouble figuring out what needs to be done today. I don't need to start on something new--a bad habit of mine. For now,
1. prayer and meditation
2. heat the shop
3. breakfast and husework till the shop is warm
4. focus on the project that's there
5. tidy the shop between times
6. do a couple of things for the next project between times
This is my best path today. I have a desire to change something, but that's not good. See you later.
You have been so consistant with signing in and planning your day. I am so proud to just watch your progress. I am inspired it make me want to be more consistant.
Stay positive, move with joy and focus (even if you have to pretend)
Things aren't goin' as well as I'd like, but better than they were going. I see some dark clouds on my horizon (deadlines AND bad weather coming), but I guess this is the way to do it. When put into a corner, I used to do some pretty bad behaviors, just like any other addict: Just can't resort to that stuff (telling lies, blaming all sorts of things and others, and sometimes cheating). I'm fearful I'm not going to make all the deadlines I said, but I have to be the one who's accountable for once. There are some heavy financial things in the balance, and I need to get through them. You have no idea how much the pats are helping! Thanks.

I was extremely sorry to hear
that you are suffering
more than one can bare
cause while I traveled far away
your dear mum lived her final day
Though you wished to give a hand
others had already made the plans
but there is always a way
for those of faith can pray
I pray you find the grace
to give yourself the space
to examine how you feel
to take some time to heal
And when you have a moment Rex
When you get a free night
Light your sweet mum a candle
design for her a spirit rite
Because although she did not believe
She'd understand your need to grieve
Though mum is no longer with us
Though mum is out of site
When you perform the rite
you'll have the opportunity
to meet her in the light
May God bless you and keep you
I am sending up the prayers for you.
