Happy Tuesday! I am working from home today. I have exercised, dropped off the dog at the groomer's, chatted with my daughter on skype, read email and checked my calendar. I have a LONG meeting this afternoon but this morning's calendar is open. I can get a lot done this morning, amirite? I'll check back and post my todo list here since I'm working from home. MITs in red.

Today I CHOOSE to follow through on the tasks and commitments I have set myself:
clean kitchen surfaces
feed dogs (buy chicken)
make a lovely strong coffee (as a reward)
get the bus in time
have a good rehearsal
help conduct 'our' rehearsal to the best of my ability (ask HP for help with this!)
get to Genius Bar appointment
walk dogs
go to cinema with friend
I have a huge resistance to doing any de-cluttering, but let me find five things that I can let go of today.
write a 'to do list' for tomorrow.
I have been doing a lot of reading but without taking notes I don't know how much is going in/being retained. I feel somewhat anxious about the consequences of my procrastinating and yet I'm like a stuck record! I want to jump forward! Someone please lift the needle...
