Journey 9:30

Happy Tuesday!   I am working from home today.   I have exercised, dropped off the dog at the groomer's, chatted with my daughter on skype, read email and checked my calendar.   I have a LONG meeting this afternoon but this morning's calendar is open.   I can get a lot done this morning, amirite?   I'll check back and post my todo list here since I'm working from home.   MITs in red.

Update 10:30 here's the list

  • dog to groomer
  • exercise
  • DP planning
  • Ask S about 2L and DTL
  • Project M - St
  • Project M - C
  • Project CA - work on R for one hour
  • long horrible Project D meeting
  • Goals review
  • Sess HOs
  • Wave 5 ?   look at this if time
  • laundry
  • pick up doggie
  • dinner
  • dishes
  • finish organizing freezer
  • if time, start organzing tupperware cabinet
  • Leo - at least 15 mintues
  • qt
  • cat litter
  • order z
  • Dropbox evernote
  • If time, repot a plant
  • prepare clothes and food for tomorrow

I better get busy - I took way too long to do my planning today :)  I have analysis paralysis.   Time to stop planning and start doing.

Update 6 pm:  good job at work today.   Now time for chores :)

Tuesday = 'Choose'-day...

Today I CHOOSE to follow through on the tasks and commitments I have set myself:

  • clean kitchen surfaces
  • feed dogs (buy chicken)
  • make a lovely strong coffee (as a reward)
  • get the bus in time
  • have a good rehearsal
  • help conduct 'our' rehearsal to the best of my ability (ask HP for help with this!)
  • get to Genius Bar appointment
  • walk dogs
  • go to cinema with friend
  • I have a huge resistance to doing any de-cluttering, but let me find five things that I can let go of today.
  • write a 'to do list' for tomorrow.

I have been doing a lot of reading but without taking notes I don't know how much is going in/being retained. I feel somewhat anxious about the consequences of my procrastinating and yet I'm like a stuck record! I want to jump forward! Someone please lift the needle...
