2. Go to the 7 a.m. telephone DA meeting

3. Go to the 8 a.m. telephone OA meeting

4. Test blood sugar after fasting

5. Cook and eat breakfast

6. Go to the 9:45 a.m. telephone CLA activity line

7. Take shower

8. Get dressed

9. Empty three totes

10. Put food that is on top of the refrigerator in the closet

11. Go to the 1 p.m. telephone CLA business meeting

12. Go to the 2 p.m. telephone DA meeting

13. Eat lunch

14. Test blood sugar two hours after lunch

15.  Cook and eat dinner

16. Go to the 8 p.m. telephone CLA meeting

I HAD A VERY SLUGGISH MORNING DUE TO LACK OF SLEEP THE PREVIOUS DAY. HERE AFTER I SHOULD SLEEP AT THE RIGHT RIME TO MAKE MYSELF FRESH ENOUGH. THAT IS THE REASON I COULD NOT ACCOMPLISH WHAT I HAVE PLANNED FOR.
