I was thoroughly tired out yesterday and have had another quite tiring day so... not sure what I want to do. Am not feeling very energetic, but a friend wants to go to a meeting and I think I should do my best to accomodate her...then again, just sitting here trying to type and I think, I can't, I'm too TIRED!!!! Really!!!! I need to call her.

And the other thing that's becoming urgent is my assignment, I have to give a presentation next week and I have done zilch so far, not even written down any sort of schedule for my research time and topics, what I want to focus on. I feel like I suffer from anaemia of the Will: if I had a full-blooded and healthy Will all this would be easy. And in fact maybe diet does play a part, because I certainly could do with improvements there as well. Leafy greens etc. 

On the plus side, I got into Uni today *almost* on time, and I finally paid my road tax, so am legit. That's a weight off my mind as I was worrying about being ticketed for not displaying a valid tax disc.

So far I've been to 3 hrs of mtgs and also started some expts

Today I need to:
*Freeze samples
 *Stage a bunch of controls (made some progress on this)
 *Coat coverslips 
 *Check on expts, dose animals 
 *Girls grp + shopping + announce 
*Email M, email MK, mail letter
*Call dad for bday, buy plane tickets
*Plan for calling BA (this is a dreaded task, so I'll plan today and do tomorrow)

sometimes, we just need to "do dishes:"
submit timecard
do a next act toward archive of D
do a next act toward backups
unload/load dishwasher

I'll be glad to have done these:

cook artichokes
wash bathroom sink
handwash dbr
try oxy bleach on scarf

worth a try for more joy in my future:

tapping or journaling or Shiva Nata
get Express or similar
write something to P
could clear-out goal be a fun game?

Just so you know, replying to someone's post locks that post against further editing. So, even though it's kind of counterintuitive, for check-in posts, I'd recommend either sending a private message or adding a new post with the person's name in the subject matter, rather than clicking "reply."

g'morning' all!  I started early to get on with this Big Scary Project, and here it is nearing 10am and I have not started it.  I keep letting the littlest obstacles trip me up for hours and days: a bad mic (three days to get out to the store and replace), setting up (3 hours, ridiculously long), lousy acoustics (required 12-hour think-thru), baffling text overlays on client's scripts (current stall).  Have to find a solution and fast, now, or this project will be yet another day overdue. HP, please help!

Thanks for the threadstarter, Lennon! :)

5:30 up, get dressed for exercise, walk puppy, feed puppy, ate Part 1 of breakfast. Prepared to go for walk with umbrella and hat. Went on partial walk, but it was raining harder than I thought and dark. Affirming today's half-effort.

Expecting a puttering day today. Have some things to do, but dependent on time schedule of others. Will putter some here first until it's time to go out. I have enough food that I don't Have to go out; but Can go out if enough Energy/ inspiration comes along.

Tonight: art class :)

Did not check in yesterday as it was a public holiday here, but disappointed I did not get to some things on my list. Issues with my husband seem to have taken up a lot of time on the weekend, more than I would have liked, also just spent about an hour on this again today as it is his day off. But not mine lol! sometimes very distracting.

I have already organised to take Friday off this week, so it is a short work week and I need to get some things done! First step is to redo my lists for this week.
