pro's CI - 12:10pm

I have a migraine. I think I got it because I'm out of coffee. I had some caffeinated tea this morning, but apparently that wasn't enough. As long as I'm out of coffee, I'm thinking maybe I'll try to quit again. I took migraine meds. It's hard to do much until the headache goes away.

Todo Today

Up prayer and reflection
wash kitchen floor and tidy up

think about father and grandfather in the two world wars and my ambivalent attitudes to pacifism and violence and pray on it
plan the week
