Two Tips that work for me.

For the people that need to get school work done/sit down work. Easy tip, go to the library. It's so simple, but it works. At the iibrary, there are many good things going for you. 1. Peer pressure, lots of people studying makes you want to studying too. 2. Distractions at home are gone! You can focus now. The mom yelling at you, siblings or people walking by, TV, refrigerator, game machines, your room, etc., all gone. There are many more good things about the library, I'll let you guys discover them.

For the people that need to get physical labor done. Good music works. Preferably a new discovery. Did you ever listen to a new song that pumps you up? and makes you want to do something? Use that energy. The internet is jam packed with songs. The deeper you dig, the more songs you'll get.

Agreed

It's true; the library works. There's a certain shame involved with goofing off in the midst of others. I posted a thread about specific ways to combat procrastination the other day; tragically, the crux of the post was ignored.
