Hello, I'm a procrastinator and have had enough of it. Deciding to make small changes that hopefully stick.
I think I procrastinate basically because I'm lazy to apply my energies to the task at hand and instead like pleasurable activities like browsing the net, watching sit coms etc.

yes, i do feel also like i give in to avoid even discomfort. It seems pathetic, but i have to be realistic about who i am.
