I didn't post this, yesterday, but I'm finding that I really want to post it now, to declare/acknowledge what I did and didn't do:

TODAY:

assess/schedule/do laundry incl del (did del ld)
prioritize & post this
make progress on kitchen tasks (10-minute bursts?) incl unld dw (did 20 min)

shower & wash hair
make shopping lists incl ck pills
eat something

Qi Gong/Tai Chi class
shop drugstore and grocery store & put away
put gbg out (did the minimum)

email K rvwg reminder
check in with S & D (connected with S by chat)
use Balancer!!!

work on willpower post +/or plan artist date +/or start zine
avoid reading by eye or ear after 22:00

take bedtime Rx
set alarm for 7:30am: K mtg
be in bed with lights out and sound off by 23:30

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings, and my life.

Things I will do today

1. Go to the 7 a.m. telephone DA meeting

2. Prayer and meditation morning and evening

3. Take shower

4. Get dressed

5. Warm up and eat brunch

6. Send out three Al-Anon e-mail

7. Scan computer

8. Clear table near couch

9. Pick up stuff off floor

10. Go to the 1 p.m. telephone CLA meeting

11. Go to a religious meeting at 3:30 p.m.

12. Go to the 7 p.m. online EA meeting

13. Go to the 8 p.m. telephone CLA meeting

14. Go to the 9:30 p.m. telephone CLA meeting
