So far this morning I've been to church and helped with xmas party

For today:  (I won't get through all of these but I'll do the best I can. I can work on wheichever of these appeal)
*Add my data to database and see if I can get an automatic display of entries using php
*Finish cleaning/updates
*Order 2 presents
*Mtg notes
*Figure out what I need to install ubuntu on netbook
*Walk
*Fix bike

*Emails
*Call home
*PCR

OK, ubuntu first, then database!

Did not go to church as freezing and I've been unwell for a long time
Checked emails and postings
Started planning week

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings, and my life.

I want to thank seattleguy for starting this trend.

Things I did today

1. Went to the 7 a.m. telephone DA meeting

2. Went to the 9:45 a.m. telephone CLA meeting

Things I will do today

1. Prayer and meditation morning and evening

2. Test blood sugar twice

3. Eat brunch

4. Eat dinner

5. Do numbers

6. Take shower

7. Get dressed

8. Make bed

9. Wash dishes

10. Post and send out Al-Anon e-mail

11. Go to the 2:30 online PA meeting

12. Send out numbers to people for PRG

13. Go to the 4 p.m. PRG

14. Go to the 6;30 face to face DA meeting

15. Go to the 8 p.m. telephone CLA meeting

16. Call DA Sponsor at 8:30 p.m.
