Show up (done) Love the starter Lucky,Thanks.

Too may things to do at once. Good time for cla pphone action line tool, I just commit action and "do" even if it takes longer than I think it hsould, it gets done.

So grateful that because of PA site and support, I have the courage to not shut down my life for any reason for over a year- finding that leaves me open to spiritual timing, which is never predictable, but always appears, if I don't shut down or pick up. Thanks for being here.

"But there exists among us a fellowship, a friendliness, and an understanding which is indescribably wonderful. We are like the passengers of a great liner the moment after rescue from shipwreck when camaraderie, joyousness and democracy pervade the vessel from steerage to Captain's table. "

4:30 pm ck in-got some paperwork items out of the way, made me angry, but they are done. Got some sidetracked done. Feel like I did not do anything because it all took so long, because I had to really push myself, I guess what ould be similar to "white knuckle" in oa. I need to take sometime to nurture myself, even if it is only for 10 minutes.

Hello all,

Skipping class this morning to finish a paper I should have written weeks ago. Gotta just buckle down and do it.

Next class at 11:15, then going home for the weekend. Have tickets to see Monty Python's "Spamalot".... Looking forward to it! It will also be nice to get to see my best friend and my family this weekend, as I am all stressed out from finals... Gotta finish all my projects by Wedndsay, then it's smooth sailing through exam week, and home for break starting on the 22nd!

Hi Sammy!!!

I'm seeing Billy Elliot Sunday and also looking forward to it so much. Would love to hear how the show is, probably hilarious. Is Eric Idle (sp?) still in it?

Also, wishing you one-minute-at-a-time miracles with your paper. So many people here are doing papers, dissertations, etc (not me). So glad we are no longer alone and that you are here with us and sharing!!

kromer 9:30 CI

yesterday was a bad today, but today can be better!

I need to start western blot, do emails, finish up boundary marker stuff, do email, do RA and check on expt, maybe stage one, go to youth group.

Working on WB and RA inj. now

Journey 9 am & goals review

Yay!  It's Friday and I have the weekend off for a change!  I wasn't quite up to going back to the gym today so I was quite early to work again.   I am planning to head back to the gym Monday for a short workout, and maybe a short yoga session at home this weekend.

I'm feeling loads better - I even curled my hair and put on makeup this morning.  I'm sure the people who have had to look at my grumpy pale face and ponytail for the last week and a half are happy.

I've already done email so now it's todo list time - should be pretty simple as I'm mosting working on one project from now until the end of the year, along with follow up from the project I just finished.

And since I'm in a kinda proactive mood, I'm gonna look at my goals.  I've been making a practice of writing out my goals every day on paper - and they are way outta hand, I'm writing like 15 goals and it is counter productive cause there is no way I can work on them all.   Today I'm committing to choosing my top 5 goals and getting back to REALLY working on them not just thinkng about them.
