Start the week off well and check-in!

Just after 9.30 am Tuesday for me. Yesterday I was so pleased to finish and submit my report but today really struggling - lack of clear plans for going forward. I have another report to get back to where I made a big mistake which I still haven't sorted out - no clear solution - feel like running away.

Some things I have done today:

  •  meditation
  • stayed calm through difficult conversation with my husband
  • checked back email

Things I want to get done:

  • review project and plan including trip to A?
  • if possible restart project

Happy Monday!  Late checkin because I had a dentist appt.   *shows doctor's note*  

Nothing pressing today after a successful install over the weekend, my teeth hurt, and I feel tired, so I will need to keep an eye out for drifting off track today.   Making todo list for the rest of the day now.

I set reasonable goals, remembering that my first priority is my well-being.

7. Exercise - planned out. Didn't exercise for last 3 days and boy does that adversely affect my mood. It's one of my basics even if just for 5 min and that is critical to my well-being. Reading what others write here...seems like it may be a common component for many of us.   

 

8.  Daily Project goals. Just adding this to see how I do. Will add smiley face for every 1/2 hour of my project. Goal is 6 hours on these projects: SmileSmileSmileSmileSmileSmile SmileSmileSmileSmile DONE 6.1 GOAL MET

A late start today (I've been getting in a really bad pattern of getting into lab later and later. I'm going to make a goal for this week to get back into the pattern to getting into lab between 8 and 9).
