Work on remaining items in garage
Order stamps and office supplies
Take care of T's phone bill/situation (major anxiety, here)

Grateful today for the priviledge of knowing the hope of recovery, even when I have no answers (or should  say especially when I have no answers) , doesn't mean there are none, it just means they will find me. In the meantime practise what I can, especially patience, tolerance and kindness,and love p. 57 AA BB "When we drew near to Him He disclosed Himself to us!"

Today I'm mostly at a conference. I have a big exam tomorrow, so I want to use my free time wisely to prep myself.

Study tasks (all very quick review):
*Quick KIT/SCF review
*Review stats
*Review RNA proc.
*Review M-M
*Finish RA in devel (working on this now)
*AA/Nt struct
*Review signaling pathways(will do this soon!)

And I'd like to take 30 min to worship/pray...even though I'm busy I know it's important.

kid day. got rested from 2 nights of little sleep due to huge volunteer commitments. Focus today: will work on operation manual today for volunteer project so I can delegate next year & delegate better on the next two projects I have for this position. Take kids hiking. I also will get ready for the week. grateful for my friends here and elsewhere.

I have a bunch to do, and am going to commit to work on it in at least 10 blocks of 20 min.  After I tally 10 blocks I'll check back in.  High priority tasks include,

I want to thank my Higher Power for this program, this website, the telephone and online meetings, and my life.

Things I will do today

1. Go to the 9:00 a.m. telephone DA meeting

2. Go to the 9:45 a.m. telephone CLA meeting

3. Go to the 2:00 religious meeting

4. Go to the end of the online PA meeting

5. Go to the 5:30 p.m. telephone DA meeting

6. Go to the 7:00 p.m. telephone DA Step Study

7. Call my DA Sponsor at 8:45 p.m.

8. Post Al-Anon literature for the week

9. Get medicine ready for the next two weeks

10. Take shower

11. Get dressed

13. Make bed

14. Wash dishes

15. Eat brunch

16. Eat dinner

17. Prayer time morning and evening
