Show up (done) Think it through more.
Love the starter. Can't believe movie is 1985. If I had known my future in 1985, I would have spent a whole lot of time being less negative, less depressed, and worry less. Writing 3 gratitudes every day helps, but still have a long way to go. It is the one thing I want to write into my next future chapter. PA and PA friends make me believe it is possible, thank you PA friends and PA.

Thanks for the starter MD! I have been acting as though my 11 hours of comp time would last all week - barely working billable stuff at all. Even procrastinating some important self-care b/c I keep thinking I should be working...
I did some writing about honesty and billable hours, to which I invite others' input. It's posted here: http://procrastinators-anonymous.org/node/3046
I've done alot of house work and some personal recovery work but only about an hour billable today. Now it is lunch time and I still lack a list. Going to:

Journey 10 am &
Got to gym at 6:15 again but was still early to work because traffic was awesome this morning . . . holiday weekend for the U.S. I had three people asking me for stuff at 9 am, got that stuff done, now I'm getting coffee and making todo list for the rest of the day! I will leave early today to avoid traffic, but I'll probably do some work on the holiday as I have so much work to do . . .and I'm on vacation the week of the 13th yay!
Update noon todo list made and prioritized. Finished the administrative tasks on the list, now to review U. Working thru lunch so I can leave early.

did decent on my list, though some of the tasks took much longer than expected (sigh..they always do). But, I worked steadily and didn't engage in my main procrastinating activities. That deserves a pat on the back.
Will finish up with easy tasks today and then off for the weekend!
