Identity problems

Hi,

I'have been trying to understand why I procrastinate.

I procrastinate because I feel passive, and empty and without goals or a life.

So I let others  set the rules and priorities.

, I must have my own rules and priorities

My way will be to establish rules and structure in my household.

I will have a reason to want to get things done. \

This will start giving lme an identity and a feeling of my own importance and worth.

I will let you know if I can keep to my plan .

I am so happy to have found this online group,

Thanks

Keep coming back!!! I know I spent years trying to figure out "why" I was like I was. Then I had an Epiphany - even if I knew "why" , it would not make me stop. Then I spent more time on solutions. You are not alone. Vic
