Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.
I'have been trying to understand why I procrastinate.
I procrastinate because I feel passive, and empty and without goals or a life.
So I let others set the rules and priorities.
, I must have my own rules and priorities
My way will be to establish rules and structure in my household.
I will have a reason to want to get things done. \
This will start giving lme an identity and a feeling of my own importance and worth.
I will let you know if I can keep to my plan .
I am so happy to have found this online group,

So glad you found us; we need you too! We are all here to help each other. I hope you will post on the daily check-in pages. Over time I've noticed that those who do this regularly seem to be more satisfied with their progress in PA recovery. See you around the site!

Keep coming back!!! I know I spent years trying to figure out "why" I was like I was. Then I had an Epiphany - even if I knew "why" , it would not make me stop. Then I spent more time on solutions. You are not alone. Vic
