Procrastinators Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from chronic procrastination.
This is something that has helped me out tremendously
Make out a list of concrete long and short term goals with deadlines. While you are going about your day ask yourself these questions:
1. Does this action help me progress toward one of my short term or long term goals?
2. Am I avoiding unnecessary distractions that will make me take my eyes off of my long-term or short term goals?
