Wow, my boss was so nice to me and I fully apologized for yesterday and he said I was doing a great job - AMAZING!! And I was 85% sure when he returned from his trip, he'd fire me.
Last night I crashed, only did the bare minimum and fell into the TV - Sleepy Hollow with Johnny Depp.

Strange isn't it how we get things so wrong sometimes. I have done that too. There are just times when my instincts are off and I have to just recognise I can't be trusted and ignore my fears.
Getting a later start this morning although I was here technically "on time". I am feeling sleepy this morning and I am really, really glad it's Friday. I still didn't get up in time to make it to spinning class! I don't think I've been in over two weeks. Now, last week I had an excuse, I really wasn't feeling well, but this week, I'm just being lazy! I got on the treadmill though, so that's ok, but Monday I WILL get my butt out of bed and to the gym for that class. If I wait much longer I'll have to go through the whole sore butt thing again- those of you who are bikers will know exactly what I mean!
So, I've exercised, read email, checked calendar, and now I'm making my todo list. Well, coffee, then todo list.

have been doing adequate even without this site. That shows growth. But i shd not become complacent with adequate, and i shd use the tools that help me.

*Finish looking at seq. results, plan for next expt
*Graphs/slides on meiotic genes (will work on this soon)
*Work on prep. for review session
(have done a fair amount of work on this, could stop now if I wanted)
*Take samples for histology, update spreadsheet (working on this now)
Other tasks:

*Post GSEA results
*Fix pset
*Choose and pre-proc some basic datasets.
did time consuming stuff, so although I did many things, I don't have much to show for it. I need t accept that things take time. "should walk, but do not "feel" like it- maybe I can.
I am praying for a dentist appointment today-put off an aching tooth too long and now I can't stand the pain. The crazy part is that this is the only way that I ever get myself to the dentist At least I finally called to make an appointment, so hoping that they can fit me in.
Other than that, I finished one report yesterday and started another-great! I hope to work on it again tonight.

Pro has a bunch of images on the site that you can use here http://procrastinators-anonymous.org/node/180 along with instructions for using them. Some of the graphics savvy people use their own images, but I usually just stick to the stuff that is there!

You can type something into google (rainbow, path, sunrise, etc.), then select google images. Then look through for ones that are 'creative commons', press control click on the image and you'll get an address that will let you use that image.

Hello,
I am praying for a dentist appointment today-put off an aching tooth too long and now I can't stand the pain. The crazy part is that this is the only way that I ever get myself to the dentist At least I finally called to make an appointment, so hoping that they can fit me in.
Other than that, I finished one report yesterday and started another-great! I hope to work on it again tonight.
