Had a hard time sticking to my schedule today and ended up having to skip things. Mainly cuz I forgot to schedule things like, EATING! ugh. And extra getting ready time. Such a problem to remember simple things. But I've now disappointed myself since I could barely get anything done today that I needed to, as always. I wish I had more energy to move faster. I'm just too slow. :-(

3) file as many loose file before 10:25 appt. 


Completed all notes for the day, and finished filing the 8 charts leftover from yesterday.

Completed and submitted the D. chart. 

Put away all laundry

Today, I have scheduled: lunch w/ prospective student 12-12:30, mtg 1-3, youth group 5:30-9:00.

To Do List - Ongoing  - sick with migraine yesterday.  See this is one of the things that happen.  It's either a migraine, sinus infection, cold or my R.A. gives me problems.  This is what drives me crazy with my procrastination.  I start strong and then something happens.


1. will provide a client with two templates and email him Monday- Did one great template - sent at 1am Tuesday - need to follow up with client today
2. will update another client website and business cards- Tuesday -did but still updating and waiting for client approval  Client approved, need to make changes and order business cards.
3. will create an archieval information for another client- TODAY
4. Billing for clients must be done -  TODAY  - I need to bill at least three clients
5. Client meeting - two logos get ready and sample websites  + Cancelled because my son is home sick - need to reschedule


1. Read and doing - Self-Discipline in 10 days - Day 4 - Done
2. will do 4 loads of laundry and put them away -
3. go to the bank  - Done Monday

1. make 2 needed parent calls and a teacher call

2. Get ribbons for reflections winners

3. contact yearbook volunteers


1. get ready for craft for next Wed.



Journey 9 am

Good morning!  Yesterday was a good day for me.  I got a lot done on Project V, which is my top priority.  Sometimes it seems easy to 1) know what to do and then 2) to do it.  I'll take a few minutes today to think back on yesterday and try to figure out what I did right and then do it some more lol.  Maybe this is what normal people feel like all the time, eh? 

It's finally warmer down here in the dirty South, it's been freezing and we're not used to it.   I've been to the gym, read email, and checked my calendar.  Off to get coffee and have my cereal while I make my todo list for the day.

Hi chick Thanks for starting the thread.

Last night instead of going to sleep I spent a long time surfing the net to no real purpose. I have not done this for a long time and do not feel to good about myself this morning.

up and started on Hospital complaint

continue above - I do want to finish it
out to copy papers
finish writing letter to regulators
put all together in an envelope and post it at Post Office
wash up and tidy up a bit
deal with emails and mail.

Rexroth update

I've finished the hospital complaint. Finished means that the bundle of papers is posted and the whole lot of files is put away and that is it. Whether I should have started is another question. I had hoped to have the work done before Christmas day, then before New year's day anyway it is done now and there is little to do other than provide additional information if asked and that is likely to be in a few months time.

I've also dealt with mail and emails.

Now I need to stop as I have been working flat out on this and need to focus again.
