Hello. I've known for a LONG time that I've had this problem.

Hello, I'm Super_Sonic.  Nice to meet you all and I'm SOOO glad to find a place to get help for this.

This habit is really starting to kick me this year in school.  It's gotten to the point where I turn in homework that is incomplete in my AP US History class.  The same can be said for other classes as well, but as implied above, it's hit me hardest in AP US History.

I had a project for the aformentioned class earlier this year, and, of course, I put it off.  I had to finish it the day that it was due.  The pressure was coming down on me, and I think I suffered a panic attack.  I was hoping that this event would tell me something, but apparently not.

I've tried forcing myself to do whatever it is I need to do, but I've always failed.  I'm at my wits end trying to rid myself of this horrid habit.

Please, help a long-time procrastinator.

Hey Sonic, welcome to PA!

The daily check-in forum and the chatbox I find very helpful when battling with my procrastination. I haven't been here for a while, but I'm set on taking up the habit of checking-in again.

If you haven't done already, set aside some time to read through all the articles here too.

Much peace, and i hope to see you around.
