We will not dwell on past mistakes, no matter how big or frequent, rather we will look at how far we've come, and look to the future with Hope.

Finishing my business class homework now.  Then I need to:

  • make a timing decision about AP and advise colleague
  • pay bills
  • drop off granddaughter's bday gift;
  • buy groceries;
  • housecleaning (sufficient to not be embarrassed by the house-sitter's arrival)
  • pack the trailer (food, clothes, entertainment, 'puter, books)
  • bed by 11:30pm.  Then tomorrow...VAY-CAY!! yay!Cool

e's friday ci

I am feeling like the sour 4/7ths of the Seven Dwarfs: Sneezy, Sleepy, Grumpy and Dopey. It has been a somewhat productive day despite that, because I gave myself permission to focus only on paperwork. I have made some progress, and will continue to if I keep going.

So, for right now, sorting through files.

two steps forward and one step back is still progress....

for help to do the next right thing

8's CI 10am

i really feel like i have turned a corner.  i got the toughest jobs i was feeling guilty about done.   i feel the relief and sense of self respect.  plus confidence that i can call on higher power when i need it in the future.

  •  costco
  • court with bang
  • start yoga

i also want to get off my nicotine addiction.  i dont want to do too much too fast.  maybe let that go one more week.  if i can start yoga it might help.

Showing up (done)

I listened to a Clutterer's anonymous speaker meeting this morning "by chance" and yes, the speaker talked about "showing up".Everything she said was like my HP talking to me. I left a message to thank her on her machine, I could not even get it all out to thank her, I was so choked up because she felt she had nothing to share and hoped she helped someone.

She said she "showed up" to be of service against her will to be of service and as a testimony to the program and showing up here is against my will. She said 3 years ago she felt this way and did not only not show up but did not even call anyone to tell them. She said alot of good things:all the 12 step programs being about "responsibility" or "re-sponse" "ability"

also the gifts of the program: G (get) I (It) F (From) T (the) S (steps)

I am working on my step 4 and have comprimised some of my defects from the last step 4 I did. I am procrastinating and making excuses about dealing with it,and minimizing the importance, but made a move today.

The CLA phone meetings are really good plus they practise the traditions of the 12 steps, but I cannot reliably show up there every day, but here I can.

I very humbly thank  and bless all of my fellow recovering friends known and unknown.

ck in ok just called the attny office, (against my will) secretary said usuallly someone is there then and if she would have know, I could have left it with the guy at the deli accross the street (I would not felt comfortable with that anyway). So it is what it is- now 1. finish dishes, home, drop off report, gym and lease, errands.Start over, thanks

Rode out the day. Did not shut down.

Got to go over my report with attorney. He liked it so much he paid me an extra $100 and said he wanted me to do other work.I got to meet secretary, etc. Got to support a girl lead a meeting, her first time, swim, home. Some science review with son. If I could learn how not to sabotage and set my self up for this, I could even enjoy it. I need to get to more CLA meetings, connections. They are starting a meeting for help with this proving I am not good enough defect, I will post the number when I have it.

Today the first order of business is to go by the bike store to get a new tire (I've been putting off going to work, so I can go by the bike store on the way)

Other MITs are:
*Study regression 1 hr
*Finish reading about sertoli cell cycle (working on this now)
*Finish getting GSEA and sLDA working (will do this next)
*Download relevant datasets, pre-process
*run GSEA on cyp26b1 data
*Call D
*laundry

Other tasks are:
*Finish reading about sertoli cell sorting
*Read about sertoli cell culture
*Read about how to image live cells
*Annotate RA pathway and brainstorm how I can use
*Work on training compendium

*Change bike tube

OK, heading to campus now, to go to bike store and then to lab. When I get to lab I'll first download data, then get GSEA and sLDA working.

Journey 9 am

Good morning!  I have a busy day today, and I'm happy to report that I've actually worked pretty hard all week.   My productivity has improved a lot since finding this site two years ago but I still have the odd bad day.

Recycler CI 9am EST

Hi Pro Buddies!

This morning at the gym, I did cardio, stretching, and ab exercises.

In the office this morning: I got the deadline projects done first.

During Lunchtime: I did an errand that didn’t work, then got a sandwich.

Afternoon at work: I continued working on projects. Next: update & highlight my assignment list for Monday.

After work, I hope to work on chores at home before going to a social activity. I’m not sure if I will get to update my CI later.

Have a great night, everyone! :)
