Hi Pro Buddies!

Some days are better than others. Even within this day, some hours = good, some hours ... challenging.

Tomorrow I will meet with my sponsor in my other program. That will be good. I will have a number of things to talk about with them.

Just stating this: I really trust my Higher Power. I know that HP knows what is best for me. Even if something seems like it would be Really Good. Well, it probably would be, but HP knows best, so I am going to trust HP. Serenity Prayer: God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

Had very busy week. Taking today off totally. Went running this am and going to yoga in a few minutes. Dinner tonight with boyfriend

So far today I've cleaned my kitchen, gone to mtg w/ professor, and then taken an hour off for lunch.

I'm going to dinner with some friends tonight, in the meantime I want to get some work done.

MITs:

*Email about lab choice
*Finish annotating TF list

Other tasks:
*Finish looking for correlations
*Start organizing code

it is so empty in here there is an echo! So far I have felt a bit off because I have been away from my morning routine: I missed my dog walk and will do one later. Hair is cut and it looks nice, although I feel a bit old-ladyish in it. I had a wonderful blunch this morning and am now feeling my blood sugar dip, so want to watch that so I stay on track. Someone told me that V8 was good for that: I have some in the fridge and when I am hungry will drink it. If I do find myself on the verge of a nap I will set a timer so I don't go longer than a half an hour or so.

I am asking my higher power for help in facing my big tasks today. I would like to take as much time as feasible to do so. To do that I will work in 15 minute chunks as I feel comfortable so that I don't run out of time. I can feel the beginnings of wanting to check out coming on, so I will use this first chunk of time for checking email before I go on to the next item.
