Slips of paper?

Maybe encouraged by entering this forum, this morning I chopped slips of paper of different colours and wrote some tasks on them. I read somewhere that this can help. Did someone here try it and found it beneficial in some ways?

I divided the colours into: green- important for me, personal goal, priority. Red: house - keeping priorities blue- less important day - to day tasks yellow- gratification (e.g. have a walk, buy yourself something you need etc..)

I would like to know if someone did something similar and found it useful.. THANKS and many procrastination- free days to everyone! Smile

re: slips of paper

I haven't used that particular method, but definitely taking the time to think through what it is important and what I want to do in a day is part of the process.

Good luck and welcome!
